10/1 The University Art Gallery will hold an opening reception for "Half A Century of Chinese Woodblock Prints: From the Communist Revolution to the Open Door Policy and Beyond, 1945-1998." Frick Fine Arts Building, 5 - 7 p.m.; "gallery talk" by associate curator Iris Wachs, 6 p.m. Gallery hours are Monday through Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday

CONCERTS
