3/28 From 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., an Open House will take place in Room 363, Hillman Library, 3960 Forbes Ave., Oakland, showcasing first editions and significant works of famed novelist Charles Dickens as well those of other important authors considered contemporaries of Dickens. 3/28 The University of Pittsburgh Law Review will present a seminar titled “The Steel Bar: Pittsburgh Lawyers Forging America From the Frontier to the Future,” from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., University Club, 123 University Place, Oakland. The seminar has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for five hours of continuing legal education (CLE) credit.
