10/21 Pitt Kuntu Repertory Theatre presents the 1981 Tony Award Winner Sophisticated Ladies, written by Donald McKayle, in the Seventh-Floor Auditorium of Alumni Hall, 4227 Fifth Ave., Oakland. Preview performances are Oct. 21-22 and Opening Night is Oct. 23. The play will run through Nov. 6. Performances are at 8 p.m. Thursdays through Saturdays and 4 p.m. Sundays. Two additional matinees have been added at 11 a.m. Nov. 4 and

CONFERENCE

10/21 Pitt's School of Social Work will host the Regional Coalition of Community Builders (RCCB) 10th anniversary and 6th biennial conference beginning at

1 p.m., Linden Hall USWA Conference Center, Route 51 South,

Dawson, Pa. The conference runs through Oct. 23. Conference attendees pay $250, which includes lodging. The scholarship rate is $195 and includes lodging. To attend the conference without lodging is $95. For more information, contact RCCB at the Social Work Office at 412-624-3711.
