11/13 Pitt's Center for Bioethics and Health Law presents as part of its Grand Round Series, which deals with ethical issues in medicine, The Mark A. Nordenberg Lecture in Law and Psychiatry Diagnosis titled "Diminished Responsibility and the Death Penalty: Implications of the Supreme Court's Decision Banning Execution of Persons with Mental Retardation" by Richard Bonnie, the John S. 11/9 University of Pittsburgh Professor Don Franklin will lead the Bach and
Baroque Ensemble in a performance of cantatas by J.S. Bach, Sebastian Knupfer, Gottfried Homilius, and G.P. Telemann, with soloists Julie Andrijeski, violin; Stephen Schultz, flute; and Rebecca Humphrey, cello. Heinz Chapel, 3 p.m.
