Pitt Sponsored Computer Literacy Classes Open to Community

Faith Tech to Begin Its Next Round of Classes

PITTSBURGH—The University of Pittsburgh and the Episcopal Diocese of Pittsburgh's Faith Tech centers will be offering a new session of computer classes in the Pittsburgh area starting the week of June 23.

Classes, offered in the afternoon and evening, include basic computer skills, keyboarding, Internet access, and more. There are 12 centers in operation in Penn Hills, Homewood, East Liberty, and Oakland. For a list of locations, please visit the Faith Tech Web site at www.faithtechcenter.com, or call 412-242-5722.

Faith Tech, sponsored by Pitt's Student Volunteer Outreach and the Episcopal Diocese of Pittsburgh, is funded by The Vera I. Heinz Endowment. Stargate Industries is the preferred provider of Internet services for Faith Tech.
