Belinda Tucker, a professor in the University of California at Los Angeles' David Geffen School of Medicine, will deliver a lecture titled "Marriage, Men, and Money: African American Women's Continued Investment in the Romantic Ideal" at noon, 2017 Cathedral of Learning, 4200 Fifth Ave., Oakland.
