o Membership Retention: Boosting renewal rates;

o Benefits vs. Dollars: Affinity programs and their impact on our association;

o Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Using print, Web, phone, and e-email

o Benchmarketing Affinity Partners: Who's hot, who's not;

o Getting-Then Engaging-Your Newest Alumni; and

o "Good, Bad, and Ugly": Successful and unsuccessful membership solicitations.

In addition to the conference sessions, participants will explore Pitt's campus during a walking tour of Oakland or learn about Pittsburgh's ethnic heritage through a tour of Pitt's 27 Nationality Rooms.
