Pitt Board of Trustees Meeting to Be Held at the University Club
PITTSBURGH—Due to construction in the William Pitt Union, the annual meeting of the University of Pittsburgh Board of Trustees will be held in Ballroom B, on the second floor of the University Club, at 10:00 a.m., on Friday, June 28, 2013. The University Club is located at 123 University Place on Pitt’s Oakland campus.
Because the University Club ballroom is smaller than the room in the William Pitt Union where Board of Trustees meetings are traditionally held, seating will be more limited than usual. Seating and space will be reserved for members of the media, who are urged to arrive by 10:00 a.m.
A media availability will be held following the conclusion of the annual meeting in the Library, on the first floor of the University Club.
