HOLIDAY CONCERTS SCHEDULED FOR PITT'S HEINZ CHAPEL
PITTSBURGH, Nov. 20 -- The Women's Choral Ensemble and the Cardinal Wright Oratory Choir will hold free holiday concerts on Saturday,
Dec. 2, at 8 p.m., and Sunday, Dec. 17, at 3 p.m., respectively, in the University of Pittsburgh's Heinz Chapel, Bellefield Street, Oakland.
The Women's Choral Ensemble, founded in 1927, performs repertoire ranging from traditional classics to modern show tunes. The Cardinal Wright Oratory Choir, composed mainly of Pitt and Carnegie Mellon University students, will sing a concert of traditional, ethnic, and classical carols and motets for the Christmas season.
