PITT CO-SPONSORS "MEET THE CANDIDATES" NIGHT
PITTSBURGH, May 4 -- As voters prepare to elect a new Allegheny County Executive, a "Meet The Candidates" night will take place Monday,
May 10 from 7:30 - 9 p.m. at the William Pitt Union Assembly Room on the University of Pittsburgh Oakland campus. The event is free and open to the public.
The main topic for the evening will be human services within Allegheny County. Candidates Michael Dawida, Larry Dunn, James Roddey and Cyril Wecht will be prepared to answer questions from the audience.
The event is co-sponsored by the University of Pittsburgh Office of Disability Resources and Services, the Conference of Allegheny Providers, the City of Pittsburgh/Allegheny County Task Force on Disabilities, Mercy Behavioral Health and the Rehabilitative Steering Committee of Western Pennsylvania.
