4/14 Alice K. Butterfield, a professor in the University of Illinois at Chicago's Jane Addams College of Social Work, will deliver the Raymond R. Webb Jr. lecture, titled "International Higher Education Partnerships for Place-Based Community Development: Lessons From a Social Work Education Partnership in Ethiopia," at noon, 2017 Cathedral of Learning, 4200 Fifth Ave., Oakland.
