10/6 The Norman J. and Alice Chapman Rubash Distinguished Lecture in Law and Social Work will take place at noon in the Teplitz Moot Court Room, Barco Law Building, 3900 Forbes Ave., Oakland. Keynote speaker is Rosemary Sarri, professor and senior researcher emerita at the University of Michigan, who will deliver a lecture titled "Prosecuting and Treating Juveniles as Adults in the United States."
