Kenneth Ramsey, of Imperial, the CEO of Gateway Rehab, received the University of Pittsburgh’s 225th Anniversary Medallion.

Noteworthy: Ramsey received the University of Pittsburgh's 225th Anniversary Medallion. The award recognizes Ramsey's work in transforming Gateway Rehab into an internationally recognized drug and alcohol treatment center. Family: Wife, Pamela Residence: Imperial Occupation: Ramsey plans to retire as CEO of Gateway Rehab on July 1, ending more than 35 years as the center's leader. During that time, he was appointed to the Pennsylvania Advisory Council on Drug and Alcohol Abuse, recognized as a distinguished alumnus of Wheeling Jesuit University and named Administrator of the Year by the American College of Addiction Treatment Administrators. Education: Ramsey received a bachelor's degree in sociology from Wheeling Jesuit University in 1964, a master's in social work from Fordham University in 1966 and a doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Social Work in 1984.
